At STR Cedar Creek Escape, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and the property while ensuring a smooth experience. Please review the details below:
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
Partial Refund:
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
A credit for the remaining 50% may be applied toward a future stay within 12 months, subject to availability.
No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.
In cases of no-shows or early departures, no refunds will be issued.
Modifications:
Date changes requested more than 30 days prior to check-in are subject to availability and may incur a $25 modification fee.
Date changes within 30 days of check-in are treated as cancellations and subject to the above refund policies.
Extenuating Circumstances:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions, or serious illness), we may offer a full or partial refund or a credit for a future stay at our discretion. Documentation may be required.
Refunds or credits for extenuating circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to Cancel:
